Warrantee

LUGGAGE WARRANTY

Customers can change product within 7 days, only when company ships wrong model, color, or size. Our luggage models are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, no additional cost for equipment or wage. However, customer must pay for shipping cost, or bring luggage to our factory yourself. Company will estimate whether the luggage is repairable or not. If yes, luggage will be fixed immediately. This limited warranty applies only to damages that occur during usage. This limited warranty shall not apply under certain circumstances.

Circumstances under which the limited warranty shall not apply include: unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made; the product has been used abnormally and tear or rough handling during transport (e.g. by airlines). In case of third-party transport damages, please contact the travel organization at the arrival destination.

After 1 year, customer still can use our service, but there will be additional cost for equipment and wage.
